Terms of Service

TvDunk is operated by TvDunk Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use TvDunk.

You need an account to use TvDunk. Keep your sign-in details secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@tvdunk.com if you think someone else has access to it.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Please do not:

• Break the law, or use TvDunk to harass, abuse or impersonate anyone.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data, or probe, scan or interfere with the service.
• Scrape or bulk-extract data from the service, or resell access to it.
• Upload anything malicious, or attempt to disrupt the service for others.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.

• Pro costs $4.99 per month, or $34.99 per year. Prices are in US dollars and include no tax unless stated at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not offer refunds for partial periods. If something has gone wrong, email us and we will sort it out.
• If we change the price, we will tell you before it takes effect and you can cancel.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Their terms apply to the payment itself.

Your viewing history is yours. You can export all of it at any time from your Profile, and you can delete your account and data yourself from the same place — or ask us to, by emailing support@tvdunk.com. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately and is not reversible. We do not sell or licence your viewing data. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

You keep ownership of what you write in the app, such as run notes, lists, and reports. You grant us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Show and movie information, including artwork, comes from The Movie Database and remains subject to their terms. We do not guarantee that it is accurate or complete — if you spot a problem, you can report it in the app.

We work to keep TvDunk running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and a window to export your data before it is deleted.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using TvDunk and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, or if we are required to by law. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any unused portion of a paid subscription.

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and notify you in the app of material changes. Continuing to use TvDunk after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the law of United States, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protections of your home country’s law.
